Hanesbrands (Nanjing) Textile Co. Ltd. is a new facility located in the Nanjing Export Processing Zone. This facility will become a vital component in Hanesbrands's global and Asian supply chain. The production capacity for phase one of the facility is 41,000 tons of underwear fabric per year. The new facility will employ state-of-the-art equipment and the most advanced technologies, allowing it to greatly exceed the level of China's textile industry average. The facility will become a model of clean manufacturing for the entire textile industry.

汉佰(南京)纺织品有限公司总投资9800万美元，占地约32万平方米，项目定员约2000人，年设计生产规模为4万吨高档织物面料，年产值约为1.5亿美元，产品拟全部直接出口至HBI分布于全球的成衣生产场所。工厂现已投入建设，预计2008年内试生产。新建工厂将采用国际最先进的生产设备和高度自动化中央控制系统，全部指标达到或超过一级清洁生产指标。其生产效率数倍于国内同类企业，并自备废水处理厂，在节能环保方面达到世界先进水平。
